A Place Called Home

A Place Called Home Home feels like a soft warm hug, Like drinking hot chocolate in a mug, Think about all the memories from the roof to the rug, Your parents and siblings are there for you to bug. In my home I have my family like my mom and my dad, Everywhere with them makes me feel glad, They always bring me up when I'm feeling sad, My home is a safe place where there is no need to be mad. There are special memories like your birthday, Or maybe just the ordinary things you do on weekdays, There are pictures of memories that you have on display, This type of stuff you could never just replay. When it gets stormy outside, It can be a lot of fun inside, I could be sitting and reading on my bedside, I could be playing games with my family the storm put aside. Home is not just a place, it is where I build memories.
