what home means to me

Home is a place that I smile and grow, where I get comfort when I’m in sorrow, filled with laughter and cheer. That's why I like it here. When I'm upset I go to bed, we eat so all of us are fully fed, when I'm sick they give me meds. Going back to a friend's house after a sleepover. They would say that they missed the times when we were younger because we actually did something with them, coming back home after school to a surprise birthday party. Home calms me down through a specific way no one else can do it also gives me space when I need it, my family supports me no matter what happens. If I get hurt my family will comfort me and care for my wounds. I love to play games and watch movies with my family Like christmas movies or monopoly, home feels like a army of protectors protecting me from the bad weather like thunderstorms or blizzard, one time me and my family were playing board games and then we started playing truth or dare and my brother dared me to build a fort with the new blankets and pillows and as I placed down the blanket he wrapped me in a blanket like a burrito.
