What home means to me

House, Home are they the same? To me a home is a different thing. To me, a home isn't just where you sleep, it's where your bed is warm, and you feel peace. A house is a very different thing, four walls and a roof and a door that can swing, that's not what brings the memories that will cling. Home is where I find love and care, and I play lots of fun games with my family there. Home is where memories are made, wonderful memories that will never fade. A house is not any of those, all a house does is shelter you when it snows. A house can be towed away by a flood, or crash to the ground in an Earthquake. Your home cannot break in an earthquake, your home cannot fall to the ground in a mound, Your home cannot break, it is much much stronger than that. Home is a place with laughter and care, a place where love is in the air. Home is where you're safe and dry, a place where you can hide when rain falls from the sky. Your home is where you should feel safe and always should. Thank you habitat for humanity for slowly making the world a better place.
