The place I call home
Some people say a home and a house are the same thing, but to me a home isn't a house, a home is a place that has memories, it has my family.
It's a place where I can sit at the fire with my family and play games. On a sad day, all I want to do is go home and cozy up by the fire and drink hot cocoa.
Home makes me smile. What home means to me is not a house or a place.
It's where my family is.
Home makes me feel welcome. It's not the house that makes it a home it's the family and the joy and warm feeling that makes it a home.
I can invite my friends, and we can play some games.
Home is like family; it's always there for you. Home is like a big blanket it keeps you warm on stormy days. It protects you from rain when it's stormy outside. Home is full of love. It's different for everyone.
Thank you for reading my story and thank you habitat for humanity
