Home is my happy place

Home. Home isn’t just a place to live in, it is a place where we spread happiness and love. Home is a place where we have memories whether good or bad. Home is really important not just because it gives shelter but because it has memories that we cannot recreate. When I moved to my new home last year it was big and comfy but the most important things weren’t there yet. Memories. When I moved, I forgot everything about my old house, the memories of us having fun in our backyard, us eating so fast just so we could watch TV, those were things we can’t remake. But later on we started making more and more memories not just about the places we have been to but about the people I spent time with. Home makes me feel warm on cold, winter days sitting on the sofa, watching TV and sipping hot chocolate. Home makes me feel cool on hot, summer days having fun while just doing nothing. Home keeps me safe from strangers outside. Home keeps me happy because it gives me shelter and warmth. Home keeps me with everything that I enjoy. Home keeps me safe from thunder storms on depressing days. And home keeps me with the people I love, my family. Home is a place where we spend time with our families and have fun with all our friends. In my home it is a delight spending time with my family. We laugh, play and have fun with each other. Home is a really important place. It's not just how it looks or all the furniture inside, it is about the people inside of your home. That is what makes my home special.
