My Home

I love my home, my home is a beautiful place, it's a place where I live. In my home it has a lovely smell, and a wonderful sound. It’ s where I grow up. It's where I feel safe, happy, warm, and special. Each one of the rooms in my house is a special place. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, the kitchen is filled with yummy food and smells of yummy food. (I don’t have a living room.) My bedroom is my favourite place to be, there is a soft blanket and pillow, and my stuff (there is a lot). The backyard is where I help with the plants with my grandma and grandpa in summer or spring. It's also where I play with snow in the winter. My home shelters me from the rain, also all the bad weather. Anywhere I go I think about home. My mom goes to work and does the house work, also she sometimes brings me to fun places. My dad goes to work and tells me facts about things in the world. My grandma and grandpa just sit around the house and looks after me. (I don’t know what to say about my brother.) My home feels like a friend who always cares for me, a friend who always shelters me, that's why I love my home.But I should be thankful for a home, some people don’t even have homes, and wishes for home, so I am always thankful for a home.
