What my home truly is for me
A home isn't just made up of walls and a roof, It's a place where family bonding happens. It's like a bee yard and how each bee contributes sweetness in the same way each person has to contribute In their own way to taste the sweetness in the house. This is what home means to me. In my house we play board games with my family, we play matching games, trouble. Sometimes I win and sometimes I lose but that's how family bonding happens. I love my house because I used to live in an apartment and it didn't have an upstairs or a basement and didn't have enough room for the 4 of us. Then we moved to a two-story house that was built 4 years ago. I have awesome neighbours around me and they are such good friends.
When it comes to summertime my brother and our neighbours bring out our sprinklers and start jumping into the sprinklers grab our water guns and get completely soaked, sometimes we go to this camp only on Wednesdays and Fridays. And when winter time hits we play outside in the snow and have tons of snowball fights and make snow forts, afterwards we pile up snow and create a cool hill with lots of bumps and use it to sled on it . Then we go inside and have a cup of warm hot chocolate sometimes when it gets too cold we go to our basement and play some Monopoly. There is a church close to my house that has helped me grow in faith. I've saved the best for the last, my room is like my resting place where I do all sorts of stuff like activities, my bed is filled with stuffies and when my mom makes my favorite dish it reminds me how god has blessed me and I am very thankful for it. I've had so many good memories in this house with my family and neighbour friends, these memories shaped my thoughts of what my home truly is for me.
