What does home mean to me?

A home to me is a unique place where I feel like I am being myself and a place where I can be close to my family or the people that I love. To me it’s not about how it looks or how large it is. A home is a place I can recharge or rest. I can do almost everything if it comes to playing. Comfort is one of the most important things to me whether it is sitting on my couch after a big day or if I can't sleep because it is a big day tomorrow. I have a room where I can sleep the most privately. My home is where I can get emotional and not get embarrassed. There are not a lot of places I can’t get embarrassed. The best part is memories of all the good times. I have photos of me and my family. The couch is comfortable because it's like there are springs on the bottom and I can always jump on my couch and have fun just jumping on the couch and my mom is always telling me to stop. That makes it more fun. My room is the most private so I watch my phone in there mostly so no one will disturb me. Joy is the most important thing in a home. If there were no joy there would be no comfort since you would not understand joy…you would have a room, but you would not care. You have a home and if it were a gift you are going to go “nice” with a straight face. So, for me joy is the most important part of my home.
