Family Forever

To me home isn't just a place home is love, home is family and home is fun. Almost every summer I go to Edmonton or Ottawa to see my family. It's so much fun but I always can't wait to get home. I love my home, I love waking up in my soft bed in the morning. It’s really comfy. I love waking up and going downstairs to my dogs’ paws clicking on the hard wood floor and my bunny’s cute little stomps around the house. I also love staying up late watching scary movies with my mom, dad and sometimes brothers. My brothers are older now so they don’t like to hang out with me anymore but that's okay. I like the peace and quiet. Everyday when I get home from school my mom asks if I had a good day. My dad always texts me from work and asks how my day was and makes sure to tell me that he loves me. I love my home because I never have to feel scared or uncomfortable. It's a safe place for me. It's like therapy being at home with my amazing animals, my bunny, dogs and cat! Home is… a comforting, safe feeling inside and out and home is joyful!
