Home

Home means a place where I can go no matter what, a place with never ending love and a place that will accept me no matter what happens. Home can a person, a person that will protect me, a person that will accept me, a person that would be proud of me. A home isn’t just a house, a home isn’t just a place either. The earth is our home and our wars are destroying each other and our earth, we shouldn’t be secluded from each other. Our home is supposed to be a haven, a place we can go to feel safe, people that we can be amongst without shame. The Habitat for Humanity (H.F.H) is working tirelessly to build up this dream, a dream of equality, a dream of hope. What can we do to help them? For starters, you can donate the furniture that you get from renovating to the Habitat for Humanity so they can build homes and help people who are less fortunate than you and can't afford food or a home. Those who can't even sleep at night since they are starving to death, even in this weather people freeze everyday. The Habitat for Humanity are trying their best to prevent people from leaving this world and dying. People take their home for granted by depending on their parents. They often don’t understand the struggle those parents went through just to put a roof over their head and food on their plate. I’m so thankful that I am able to live in a home with my parents and siblings. A home can be a family or a place, Thank you Habitat for Humanity for making homes for everyone.
