Habitat for Humaity: Writing about Home

Habitat for Humanity is a group that helps people who do not have a safe or comfortable place to live. They build houses for families who need them. The houses are made by volunteers—regular people like you and me, and sometimes even future homeowners help out too! The goal of Habitat of Humanity is to make sure everyone has a decent home to live in, no matter how much money they have. Families pay back the cost of their homes over time, but the payments are small and made more affordable for them. It is like a big team effort, where people come together to make sure everyone has a place to call home. Habitat for Humanity believes that a good home helps people be healthy, happy, and have a better chance to do well in life. Habitat for Humanity is an organization for helping communities of people get back on their feet and can create safe and supportive homes and communities for people to live in along with building affordable homes. I think that their work is extremely important as they probably have helped millions of people in need of homes. Habitat for Humanity has helped so many struggling Canadian families get back on their feet and keep them supported until they are in a good place. I love my home for so many reasons. A home is a place filled with love and hope and it is a place for people to go. A home is loving, supporting and comfortable. A home is a place for kids to grow and have a safe place. A home is where I grew up with my mom always taking us on trips to like water parks and she always supported me no matter what it was. She is an amazing person and will always be there for me and my family. I think it is sad that not everyone can relate. Another reason why I love my home is because it is a place for me to go for support and help if I ever need it. My house is probably not the best but it is my favorite home in the whole entire world. I would never ever for tens of millions of dollars would I ever change my home not my home but the community around me my family could never be changed. It does not matter how weird or awkward or mad or sad I would never change the way my family is, that is the meaning of home, a loving stable environment with love and support always. I have so many memories with my family in my home. I am grateful for my home and all of the memories and experiences I have had. My home is my favourite. I wish everyone could have a happy, safe and comfortable place to live like I do. In conclusion, I have learned my home is not a physical place, but more of a feeling in my heart. The feeling of home will never leave me as long as I have love and support. Habitat for Humanity works to provide homes for everyone. Everyone deserves a place to call home like I do. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for helping so many people across our nation.
