The Meaning of Home

For me, a home is a place where I feel safe and comfortable. For example, I used to live in British Columbia and I did noy feel comfortable there, because when I first went there everything seemed unusual and strange. My family thought the same, too. After I moved to Moncton New Brunswick, it felt weird at the start, but after I felt better and better. Then I got an cat and my whole family started to feel much better. Getting a cat helped my family to feel safer and more comfortable because we wanted a pet for a long time. Getting a cat really made us happy. Also getting a cat made us feel like Moncton was really ‘home’.
