No Place Like Home

Home is not just a building made up of four walls and a roof. It is a beautiful place where all types of feelings happen. A place where no one can judge me for being who I am. Home is where I find comfort and peace, where all worries can ease. It is a place with family, a place where a chain of love never ends. It is a place for celebration from birthdays to festivals like Diwali, Holi and Sankranti. Where everyone is welcome and there is no comparison. It is where I feel my mother’s warmth and my father’s hard work and love. For me, home is the safest place on Earth, it is a place where I feel even the end of the world can’t startle me. Home is where I find all the support I need to do anything in life starting from my mother and father all the way to my grandparents. Everyday, I work and set a step on working towards my dream with the support I get. It is where I find my true identity, roots and culture. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for giving this opportunity.
