Growing up in a house is not the same as growing up in a home Growing up in a house is becoming older in a structure With maybe four sides or more, a roof, and a door Taking steps repeatedly over the years in the same old building However, growing up in a home is a place where you create memories With your family, your friends, or even yourself Growing up in a home means you usually feel supported, and content Not a place where your family members are not present Home is like laughing for hours on repeat When you laugh, nothing matters but the moment that is taking place Right? You cherish the moment that is happening, nothing else It’s like everything else in your life doesn’t matter You just have a beaming smile plastered on your face That’s what home is to me You don’t overthink about anything else Rather than just having cheerful moments with your family Family members can be kind, or not Sometimes they’re in a bad stormy mood.
