Home is a safe place to live, but home is more than a house. A home is more than what you can see. A home holds a family, memories, and things that bring you comfort. Home is a place where you feel like you belong, and you can feel the huge amount your family loves you. It is a place where you can invite your family and friends over to make new memories. You can play with your pets like dogs, cats, gerbils, bunnies, and hamsters. In the summer, you can have water fights with buckets, water balloons and water guns. In the winter you can build snowmen, snow forts, and have snowball fights with your friends. In the fall, you can rake leaves and jump into humungous leaf piles. In the spring, you can jump in puddles and have stick races in the melting puddle water. One of the very best things about a home is the feeling that you get after you’ve been away from it for a long time. It feels like home.
