Home sweet home

For me ‘ Home’ stands for a cozy place to stay or live. However, it means so much more than that. For me the letters in home stand for something. “H” stands for home cooked meals. While making some food, joy fills the air as food is soon to be ready. “O” stands for open space. The open space to roam free to be yourself and not be afraid, you have a room to play pretend. Your bed can be your ship and your stuffies can be your crew .“E” stands for enough. My home is enough. Enough for me to relax, for me to be clean and safe. My home is a warm place. For me it's also a place to spend time with my family. With neighbors I can have a party in the yard or in the house. I can make friends with new neighbors I may have not met. After a long day of school I go Home looking up to some relaxing alongside my mom. As I get ready for bed the warm air guides me to bed. With a goodnight kiss the heartwarming of home embraces as night falls and so do I . As this is what home means to me. My home sweet home.
