What Home Means to Me

To me home means a place to live, a place to sleep, a place to eat. But the most important thing about what home means to me is a place of joy, love, compassion and understanding. Home is a lot more than meets the eye. Without a house things can be very sad. Home is a place of fun! You can play games, eat food, dance, sing songs. Your family is a part of the house. All houses are different. Some can be made out of bricks and some can be made out of wood. Houses can be messy and some can be clean. Houses can be tall or they can be small. They can be single homes, townhouses, apartments, condos, cottages, mobile or mansions. It does not matter because a home is where your family is and you feel loved and safe. Hudson Grey
