This is Home to Me

A house is a 4 walled building, but a home is so much more. A home is a safe place where you’re not judged on what you feel. A home is filled with people or pets who love you! A home is where you can make mistakes, where you can try new things and where you can let out emotions whenever you need to. Everyone deserves a home to create memories and to create an environment that is right for them. Each room is a new space where you can paint your ideas. A kitchen is where you can make whatever your heart desires. An office is where you get to learn new things and prepare yourself for the years to come. A bedroom is where you can reset and just chill after a long day. A bathroom is where you go to clean yourself and where you get a new start. The family room is just what it sounds like, it's a place where you can enjoy the company of your family. The TV room is where you can watch movies and eat as much candy as your parents let you. The basement is a place where you can practice your sports or have a movie marathon with your friends and family. The closet is where new fashion ideas linger, where the newest trend could sprout. Home has different meanings to everyone, but everyone needs a space to plan for the future or to relax after a long day. Habitat for humanity is making sure as many people as possible have a house that they can make into a home.
