Meaning of Home

A home is much more then just a house. Home isn't just an ordinary place. Home is a place where family and friends are. Home is somewhere you can always go back to. A house is a dark empty place. A home is more then you can ever imagen. A home is where you feel safe and deeply loved. At home there will always be someone there right beside you, even when things are tough they will help you through it. Home is where there's a fresh home cooked meal on the table for you. Home is where I sit by the fireplace and drink a delicious warm drink in the cold seasons. Home is where laughter, joy, and happiness fill the air. I always hear my sister singing out loud while listening to loud music and not even knowing. Home is where I taste my mom's freshly baked cookies from right out of the oven. Home is where I always have a warm cozy bed to sleep in and an adorable puppy there always cheering me up. Home is where me and my sister tell jokes to each other. Home is where I watch movies in the living room at night. Home is my happy place. Thank you Habitat for Humanity!
