What Home Means to Me

Home can mean many different things to people. But to me, home is not just a place. It’s not just a couch, TV or bedroom. To me what home really means is being with the people that take care of me and love me. The people who have given me so much and that I am really so grateful to have. Home wouldn't be home without the amazing people who I can count on to be there for me whenever I need them. If I’m feeling sad about something, I can count on them to cheer me up. Or if I just need someone to talk to, they will always be there for me. Because it’s then, that makes a place your home. To me home also means a place where I have my brother that I love and means so much to me. My brother who I have so much fun playing with. To me home really shows all that my parents have done for me. I think that wherever I am, I will always be at home as long as I am with the people that I love. In conclusion, what home means to me is being with the people that will always be there for me.
