Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me is a loved, safe place. My favourite thing to do is watch a show with my family downstairs. I also love to play board games with my family. We like playing volleyball outside. I love to go into my living room and eat cinnamon buns with my family. Sometimes I feel really good, and I feel loved and safe. I feel a lot of things. Some people don't have what I have, like a dog to play with. A bed to sleep in. Clothes to wear. Shoes to walk in. Water to drink. Food to eat. A shower to clean myself. Walls and a roof to keep me warm and protected. I am a super lucky kid to have this stuff. One morning I woke up and it was so cold that my ice rink froze. Then we grabbed skates and were on the ice. Some people on my hockey team came over and their brothers and sisters. We played a super big game. Then we got cold and went inside and played mini sticks. Mini sticks are just like hockey but without skates and with tiny sticks. My dad is a construction worker and he helps build homes for people . Thank you Habitat for Humanity for helping people who have a really hard life.
