What Home Means to Me

Home is somewhere to love, To tell funny stories, And bake christmas cookies. Shaping them, And the fun memories in the kitchen, Baking the cookies. Playing hockey, Birthdays, Fun. But a house, That is somewhere you can’t get that love. That same feeling. Home is somewhere you can do all of that, Where you get love, And that full feeling. A house you can’t get the same fun memories, That you got before... No baking christmas cookies, No shaping them with cookie cutters, Or playing hockey. With a home, You get all the fun, Loving memories that you and your family make. That's what home means to me.
