Safety

When I think of home, I think of my house and I feel safe. My house is safe, cozy and warm and my family loves me and makes me happy. I think everyone should have a home just like mine. Home is a safe place, a warm place that's cozy and nice where you can make memories that you will remember forever. It's cozy and nice because if you're at school or work you know you always have a place to go back to. Home is a great place because you have a roof over your head to keep you dry from rain and walls that keep your house together. Everyone deserves a roof over their head. My home is happy and warm because of my family. My house is warm because my family takes care of our house and makes it a good place for us to live. Home is a place where you can have movie nights, family nights and playing with your family. For example, I have a little brother that keeps me company when I'm bored. I want everyone to have a happy and warm home. This is Habitat for Humanities’ goal. Home is a place where you can sit by a fireplace and watch a movie or a show or play a boardgame. Home is a place where you can eat and sleep and play with your family. Home is a place where you can draw and do a puzzle with your family. I can’t imagine not having a home. So helping Habitat for Humanity build homes is important. Home is a place where you can make memories that you will remember forever like playing with your family. You could play a board game like Trouble or Snakes and Ladders and even connect four. What is your home like? My home feels safe, cozy and makes me happy. It’s great to create memories. Everyone deserves a home. -Henry Mastar
