What Home Means To Me

You may think home and house mean the same thing, but they're totally different. For me, a house means a comfy bed, creaky stairs, and a structure that helps us survive. But home means what you feel in your house or home. Home to me is many different things, but most of all, it is happiness and safety. Love The love in my home is so strong that it's unbreakable. I have two homes: moms and dads. At Dad's, I feel love when my baby sister holds my hand when she wants to show me something and when she laughs.I feel love when my dad and I bake cookies together; it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. At Mom's, I feel love when we play board games together and when my hamster runs in her ball and runs to me! Happiness Happiness in my home can be a lot of different; my mom gives me a hug or hugs memes with me, but the main thing is my baby sister. She's so fun to play with and she hilarious.She has the best laugh, and when I'm feeling down, she always makes me happy again.But she lives with my dad, and when I'm at my mom's, I miss her, but my memories of her will always make me happy. 🙂 Safety Safety in both of my homes is different for example at my moms I feel safe in the living room and at my dads I feel safe in my room there both different but I feel the same feeling.Also at my moms i feel safe with my dogs and mom beside me and at my dads i feel safe with my baby sister and stepmom beside me. I feel safe with my dad, too, but sometimes he is too busy. But he always makes time for me, which makes me feel safe. In conclusion, home means many different things to me, but it still implies happiness and safety. Now, I want you to try this and tell me what home means to you.
