What Home Means to Me

To me home means that you are comfortable and safe with a loving family. Home isn’t just a place you live in, it’s where you make memories and share laughter. Each home is different but everyone feels loved and happy. You may move houses but a home stays with you. A home always makes sure you are comforted, happy and feeling loved. A house is a physical structure with furniture and a home is like an emotional feeling where you are safe. You can always be yourself at home. Homes each have different recipes of food and scents which you might miss once you get older. Home can be with anybody like parents, siblings, friends, grandparents or a pet. Memories you make in a home can be good or bad but what matters is that you are being yourself. Homes will always look different from one anothers. Houses could make you feel uncomfortable or unsafe which is way different from a home. That is what home means to me.
