What Home Means to Me

Home is our place, Where love is meant to stay, Where you are wrapped in a blanket of warmth. With cuddles and snuggles, And huddles and bundles, Everything should feel okay. Where you are with family and friends, The fun will never end. Home is a place of love and laughter, You can play all day and then after, Settle down for a nice long sleep. With a good night kiss from mom or dad, In your home you will sleep feeling glad. Build a fort or read a book, Maybe settle in a cozy little nook, Whatever you do, wherever you go, There is one thing you just got to know. Home is not just a house; it is with the people you love, Where past ones watch you from high above. Home is a place of love and laughter, You can play all day and then after, Settle down for a nice long sleep. Your real home is with your with family, And that is what home means to me.
