A Welcoming Home for Everyone

Have you ever heard of a place called “home”? Well, it's a place Where you get to create memories, get into new relationships, and make some new friends. People believe home is a place where closest and dearest friends and family come over! Some artists have lots of deep emotions about a place called home. For example, Joan Didion in 1967 had a particular way of describing home. Home is a place of peace, trial and error, and a cozy relaxing place where you get to do whatever and whenever you want. Some people think of home like a place where you get glimpses of the past, while in the present it seems more blurr. Also, it's a place where parties and gatherings can be held to enjoy your time in a better and fun way. When I'm home, it feels like everything just paused and I feel relaxed like every problem just drifts away! A home gives you security. Imagine a world without having a roof on your head you would get wet, and sick from all the harsh weather. Currently, a lot of people don't have homes, so it's a great opportunity to be grateful for what we have! A home doesn't necessarily have to be a house, it can just have all your needs! As soon as I run towards the kitchen, I smell my family's famous recipe of ramen, I run towards it. The feeling of when you taste your famous family's recipe just hits different! I see my favorite objects: a cozy chair, a book and a lamp just sitting there waiting to be held, read, and opened! I went upstairs as I heard my family and freind’s chatter and laughter. While I come to sit down on the cozy comfortable couch, and read the book that was calling to me, I felt the cold breeze coming to me from the window!
