What Home Means to Me
What home means to me is a warm, safe space I live in. Home can mean anything to some people, but to me it means where family is. A home is what's special to you, it can be family, or a safe space you live in. That's what a home means to me, a loving family, and a safe space to live. With love and joy all around. That's what a home
Is.
My home, and a house are not the same thing. My home is somewhere where I am loved, safe, and where I can go and stay. A house is somewhere with a bed, kitchen, walls, and a roof, nothing like a home. My home is something more than a house. It's something that I can go to, and not worry about anything. My home is nothing like a house.
Home is a word to me that means family, or where family is. Home can mean a
bunch or different things, but to me its family, memories, and love. My home is filled with lots of that stuff. Everyone's home should have family, memories, and love, but not all do. Which is sad because everyone deserves that.
My home is a special home because it's somewhere safe that I can be/feel safe. Not everyone's home is safe, which isn't good. They should at least have a home that they feel safe in. Not having to worry about anything. My home is very safe because I'm with my family, but I wish others were too.
My home is mine, where everything is. Where my family is, and where memories are. My home is nothing like a house, it's something better. Thank you to the Habitat for Homes group for making this contest!
