My Cultural Home

Home is a place where you are not alone. In my home I feel a lot of love. My home is a place where happy and sad memories are made. My home is always full of the smell of traditional dishes my family makes. Home reminds me of my Russian and Afghan culture. In my home we speak my native language, Russian. In my home my family is able to represent our culture even though we live in a different country. Homes allow us to be ourselves and represent things that are important and meaningful to us and my ancestors. In my home I feel important. In my home I feel like I can be myself because I know I am loved. Home is where I'm with my loving family and friends. Homes are powerful!
