Home is Where the Heart Is!

I have two houses and two homes. My mom and dad are not together but that means that I have two homes. My moms home has a bunny named Wendy Which I love. My bunny is so soft and she makes me happy. My dog at my moms house makes me feel safe because he is so big and soft and has a funny name Bogey. At my dad’s I have a small dog named Chip. he is so funny but he makes me feel safe. But most of all my twin brother Jacob. I say I hate him but I do not. He is my life. Home is not always a happy place. My dog Monty died and we were so sad but it made it more of a home because he was the first thing that died in my life. Sometimes there are happy times like when me and my brother got home at my mom’s and there was a dog sitting in a pen with a bow on and me and my brother have big smiles on. Then my mom said this dog is Bogey. I was also happy when I got Chip at my dad’s. I love my mom and dad so much. I have a good friend named Arran and he is my first best friend that is not homeschooling. My rooms have been changed a lot and so have my houses but my homes haven’t. Home is where people understand. Your house can change with your home. When i got my dog.So I just think home is mostly just a place where you feel safe to tell your feelings. People have different homes. My dads home is calm and quiet with Chip. My moms home is playful. I think my home is all I need.
