This Is What Home Means To Me

My home is a place where I feel comfortable and where I feel happy and that I’m allowed to let out my emotions. Where I can take my time and not feel like my brain is crumpled. My home is where my dog comforts me and licks my face until I’m on the ground. My sister always tickles, plays and laughs at my jokes even if they are miserable. I feel free and safe at my home because I have those around and those people are the family members that I love most. When my mom cooks my birthday meals and when I lose my teeth. The couch my dog went on the second he came home for the first time. My brother is always trying to be my parents' favourite kid. My favourite moment was when I opened my gift to find out that I’m to P.E.I that summer. When I heard this I was jumping up and down excited to take on an adventure. Home means that you can relax and be calm and think about your day. I can express my feelings to mom, dad, sister, brother and my dog and I appreciate all of them. I wish more people could have a home like this and get to have these experiences. Home is a place to feel calm and nice. A place to show your beauty and others' beauty. Love should be shown as well as joy and happiness all at home. I feel like the house I live in is the best home to live in. And other people should have a choice to live in a home like it. Home is a place to feel amazing. Where my family celebrates other family members birthdays and my birthday.
