Home is a place of love

Some people don't have a home, but I have a home to run and play in the sun. Home is a place to go when times are low. A mom, a dad, a brother, a cousin, a dog, and I live in our home. We have close neighbours, but some people have friendly neighbours, and others have no neighbours. Some people can't afford cars or trucks but we have a truck and a car; my cousin got my dad's old van. My cousin recently lost his girlfriend and moved in with us because he had nowhere else to go. 150 million people are homeless worldwide. I know how it feels to lose something or someone, but losing your home must feel even worse. I have a roof over my head. I have a bed to sleep in. I have a family to wake up to. I have food in my belly. But some people don't have that. Home is a place of love and laughter. This is what home means to me. Home is a place that you will never forget. I love my home. Home is where your family is.
