Meaning of Home

Home is not just a building or a shelter, walls, roof. and a place to sleep. It is a place I can go to feel safe, laugh and mostly comfort. A place to have a smile back on my face. My home is Hockey, which in fact is my family’s home too. At my house, my family and I love to watch NHL or NFL games, eating our favorite foods and sitting with the people who make us most happy. I feel at home whenever I am at family gatherings, with the people. love most, the people who make me feel at home, the people who I can go to about anything. Family gatherings are one of the things I look forward to each year. I am at home when I am in the place I grew up, which is the farm. The farm not just a building. It is the place I have made so many memories, the place little me always had a smile on her face, where playing outside with my brother is the thing that. brought me so much joy, finally helping my dad feed the little cows. I am always happy and at home when it’s the spring/winter. seasons, for it means it snowmobiling or four wheeling time! I love snowmobiling or four wheeling so much because I get to ride. with my friends and family, mostly my brother though. Home is coming home after hockey practice, walking into my house smelling delicious food. Then getting to eat delicious food.
