Home

For me, home is so much more than a house. It's my everything. Of course, there is so much outside of my house like my friends and school, but those things can always change. My family, my home, will never change. I could move across the country, change schools, and never talk to my friends again, but I'll always have my family, my home. For me, home is family and all the amazing feelings I have when I’m in it. When I’m home I feel warmth, comfort, happiness, and so many more positive emotions. These can also come from the places inside of it. The sereneness and comfortable feeling I have when I’m in my room, surprisingly, isn't so different from the liveliness and comfort of the living room, the kitchen, or playroom. The volume will always be different in every part of my home that I enter, but I’ll always feel safe and comfortable. Even during those minor fights that feel so big that I have with my little sister. I’ll always know that it will end within 20 minutes and that we’ll always love each other. Home is so so so much more than a house, it's the people inside it that you can always talk to or count on, the people that will always be there for you and support you, and all of the wonderful emotions that you have when you’re inside it.
