What Home Means to Me

Home doesn’t have to be four walls, a door and a roof. Home can be anywhere in the world. Home to me is where family surrounds me. Home is where I get to lay peacefully in my warm comfy bed with a soft fluffy pillow to rest my head on. Home is where I get to eat fresh sweet ripe fruit in the summer with fresh freezing cold water, while in the winter I get to eat delicious, nice and hot chicken or turkey homemade soup. Home is where I get to swim in my grandparents swimming pool and their steaming hot, hot tub whenever I get cold. Home is where I get to watch the rain fall to the ground and join with a little stream of water and go into the sewers. Home is where I get scared by thunder and lightning while I try to sleep. Home is where I get to play boardgames with my family just for fun because whenever we do competitions one of us either quits or gets jealous. Home is where love is in the air and my family loves me no matter what. So my question for you is what does home mean to you?
