Meaning of Home

As I walk through the door into my house after school, I think about what home means to me. Home means spending time with my family playing games and going on fun adventures together. I can see my dog walking around my house. I can smell all the trees and grass in my backyard. I hear my family's jokes, including my dad's dad jokes that we tell each other when we eat dinner. And as I'm sitting on the couch with a warm cup of tea, I can taste my mom's delicious baking. Home is not just where I am, to me, home is the memories that I have with my family.
