Home

For everyone, home is a special place to be. Home is a safe place to be, you have memories there, unlike the hotel you slept in the other night. A home is a place where you can go back to every year for the holidays. Home smells of a fire in the living room and cookies fresh from the oven. You taste your dads famous chili and your brother's French cheese puffs. You go outside and see the birds fluttering around the bird feeder. You come back inside after a while, and get some hot chocolate. As it trickles down your throat, it fills you up with goodness. Home is a great place to be, and that is why everyone deserves a home, and why Habitat for Humanity is doing such great work.
