Home Sweet Home

Home is where I don’t feel rejected, Home is where I always feel accepted. It is a place where I feel safe, And get lots of kisses from my mom on my face, Home is where I hear laughter, It is where we play and see who is going to be the Uno master. Home is where I hear my little sister giggle, Home is where I hear my dad’s homemade chicken sizzle. Home is where I see my beautiful plants and flowers, Home is where I watch movies with my family for hours. Home is where I see squirrels and birds outside playing, It is where I look outside the window while laying. Home is where we celebrate Diwali and have lots of fun, Home is where we eat scrumptious food made by my mum. In home we celebrate Diwali by lighting up diyas that smell wonderful, We make rangolis with colors that looks beautiful. Thank you, Habitat, for giving this opportunity for children to write down their creativity. May all have a house to live, cuddle and never be apart.
