What Home Means to me

Home isn’t just a place. Home is where you're loved and taken care of. Home is where you're not abused. Home is where you have a place to sleep in comfort. Home is where you should have freedom and privacy. Home is having friends to play with and not feeling like you're about to be bombed. Home is being able to sleep in peace and privacy. Home is where you feel most comfortable, loved and protected. You aren't forced into doing something that you don’t want to do. Home is where you're treated with respect and also being respectful. Home is where you're being fed and watered at all times. Home is where I can stay clean. Home is where I can have fun. Home is where I can drive my snowmobile with my brothers. Home is where I can play outside with my brothers and friends. Playing with my family and having fun with my family. Home is laughter and love. Home is a place where family and friends get together. Home is a place to build memories with family and friends. I feel loved and cared for in my house. You're now at home when you're being yourself. Everyone deserves a peaceful home.
