Home Full of Emotions

Houses aren't made out of hearts and love because houses don't have the love I have in my home. My home is full of emotions and laughter coming from my sister, mom, and dad. In my home we have a bunch of balloons because my sister loves playing with them. I love hockey so I have a skating rink in my backyard. When it is summer, the rink melts. So I grab my net and put it on the grass so I can play soccer. We also have three TVs in my house for watching Sunday football. I remember watching the 2022 Superbowl with my dad. It was the Kansas City Chiefs versus Philadelphia Eagles. My family and I have a dog that I love petting. He is a black Labrador and German Shepherd mix. My dad and I have a tradition that we do every week. We take my dog to a dog park. We always have a lot of fun there because we get to pet a bunch of dogs. Some of them are furry, small, and big. My family and I have another tradition. On Christmas Eve, my mom’s side of the family come over. So my three uncles, my great grandma, my great grandpa, and my three aunties all come over. That is why I say my home is made out of hearts and love and not bricks. That is the meaning of home to me.
