Home is not just a place It's more than just a space Home is a place to love A place to feel safe Not just a roof with walls More than just a couple halls Especially when night falls You need the safety of the walls Home is a place full of love Where you get a friendly shove A place full of food Where coffee is always brewed Where people love you Through and through Where you are safe Where no one is an unfriendly face Even if you need some space You can be in a safe space Home can be like a sweet treat Where there is always good food to eat Home is safe and home is warm Where my room feels like my dorm Home is a place buried deep in my heart Home is a place we will never part You could be gone but at home We will never need to be apart Left deep inside my heart Home is where my family is
