What Home Means To Me

Home is a place with space to play not having to worry about the next day With food to eat and games to play With friends to stay and come and go. Home is more than just a place it's a place where we learn and grow and get help if we need a tow. Home is where we hide from storms And all gather around to stay warm Where we play after school when the sun goes down And the cool breeze comes around Home is where you play with pets and go fishing with fishing nets Where you go on trips Where you must wear mitts Or leap into the deep ocean And put on sun lotion Home is very sweet it’s where we all go to meet It’s where we got to see brothers and sisters And where we go if we get blisters This is where we are when we shout with glee So, this is what home means to me.
