Home is a Place Within your Heart

A house is a place with floors and walls But a home is a concept. And it’s not the same for all. For some people its a cozy bed For others it's the roses red The crisp air after a lengthy storm Or just somewhere where your heart feels warm For me home is never far Home is like a true north star Home stays close through thick and thin Home is where you fit right in A home without heart is like saturn with no ring A home without a heart has no memories to bring The heart of a home is the final puzzle piece The heart of a home makes bad times cease Your home is where it starts and end Your home is where you make amends A home remembers the ups and downs A home makes you smile if your ever to frown While a home can be stationary like the grass and skies above A home can also think and breathe and love! A home can be many things not necessarily good or bad A home can simply be a mom and or dad! What home means to me is as simple as can be A home is my dog, cat and family! My home makes me cozy like a warm cup of tea A home is always the best place to be!
