Home, a safe place

Home is a place where I can feel safe. I feel safe at my house because my family is there to support me. There is nobody to put me down. Only to make me raise my head higher. To me, one of the many meanings of home is that home is a place to stay. When I come home after a tough day, or even a great day, I always feel safe. I feel like nobody can hurt me. I feel happy. I feel happy because I am there with people I know will never make me feel bad about myself. I know I am with people who will never hurt me. Home is a sweet place, not just the delicious scent of food in the kitchen, but also the sweet feeling of walking through the door. Home is a reliable place where my parents help me during tough times. A place where I can play with my siblings and have a great time. Home is a place where I can feel sad. When I fight with my siblings and then I get mad. I always know that things will get better. I know my parents are always looking out for me. When I get hurt, they help me get back up again. Homelessness is a thing that absolutely nobody should have. It means not having a home, and that’s very bad. Everybody should have a place to stay. That’s when Habitat For Humanity comes to play. Nobody should be without a home. Home is a place where you build memories. The important ones, that you won’t forget. You build memories with your family, siblings and friends, but the most important thing is that you will never ever forget that Home is a very safe place.
