What Makes Home, Home.

Home means many things like roasting marshmallows on a fire that you and your family set up or sitting with your friends and family watching a movie. It could mean cooking a nice meal for dinner with your mom and dad. Home means playing games with a sibling or friend, home means playing sports outside in my backyard. Home is remembering memories and feeling like you are still there with your family having nice emotions that you may have forgotten on your journey throughout life. Home means hearing your parents say, “ Boys please come down for dinner!” Home means being able to go through tough times and coming out of it stronger than ever! Home means being able to hear your parents say, “Do you guys want to go outside?” And answering them with a loud, “ Yeahhhhh!” Home means sometimes not doing the things you like, or eating your least favourite meals but these things carry you to become a better person, someone that understands that they have to do or eat something that they may not like but still do it! I’m so glad that I have been able to do these things and improve myself as a person. Habitat For Humanity is helping many people find homes in Canada and by doing that more people are experiencing new feelings and creating moments that will carry them through tough times. These people can now enjoy memories that they will never forget and will cherish forever.
