The Meaning of Home

Home is more than some walls and furniture. Home is a place where I can always see my family and friends. Home is the community I grew up in, the place where I can hear the joyful shouts of my neighbors on sunny mornings. Home is where I can hear the honking of geese outside, it’s the place where I've learned many things, where I sleep and relax. Home is a familiar place, an amazing warmth against the outside cold. Home is a shelter I am lucky to have, not just for safety, but for the love and memories contained within. Home is the feeling of happiness. Home means a place I’ll never forget.
