My home is a house with a little deeper meaning, My home is my cheer-up place where I help do the cleaning. My home is a happy place, A happy home full of grace. My home is a sweet place, Tender and mild, My home is a safe place, free from the wild. I smell the sweet aroma of a yummy cake. I just love it when my mom bakes. If I fall down from the loft in the barn, My family rushes to me with open arms. My home is an Island to protect me from storms. While the thunder is raging, I still stay warm. My home is my star, shining so bright. The star still glows through the darkest night. When I sit by the fire, the crackling warms my heart. Here’s to all the ones who had to restart.
