If Home Were A Person

I think “home” has personality and character traits and if a home were a person here is how I think “home” would act, think, be and home's favourite things. I think home would act kind and if home was standing in a crowd home would shine and you would be able to identify home immediately. I think home would be thoughtful, invincible and incredible. Home would not put people down, a home would help lift them up, and compliment them but at the same time home would not support wrongdoings and a home would not be afraid to put their opinions out into the world. Home would be a confident person and super unique. Home would not care about what other people would think. Home would be helpful, faithful and truthful. Home would not be perfect, home would make mistakes but home would be mature enough to fix their wrongdoings. If a home had a favourite subject I think it would be art because a home would be very calm and art is a very peaceful and calm subject. If home had a favourite drink I think it would be hot chocolate. The reason I think this is because hot chocolate is like a comfort drink and home is like a comfortable place and a lot of people like hot chocolate in the same way a lot of people like and feel attached to home. I think everyone deserves to have a home. Even though I believe people need to earn things at the same time I think everyone deserves a place they feel attached to and a place to have beside them through the good times and through the bad times. Participating in this home competition is a privilege for me because I can make a direct impact on someone’s life just by submitting a writing piece and that makes me happy. Home is special to me because home is not just a place, home is a feeling.
