What home is for me

Hello my name is Jennifer and I would like to tell you what home means to me. It is important to me that other people know what home means. Because a home is not a building, it's a feeling. So I am going to tell you about what I think home is. In my home there are my two brothers, my sister, Mom, and Dad. Our favorite game to play as a family is Uno and Clue. We love to spend time together, we love to watch movies. Our favorite movie is Harry Potter and we just finished the fifth movie. Watching a movie with my family is special because we are all there, and we have so many activities it is hard to spend time together. It is so important to always have fun with family. It is important that people always have a home and that you always feel welcome in it. You should always feel happy in your home. For me, saying the word home reminds me of sleeping, being calm and comfy. I feel so relaxed, when I am in bed on my phone. Sometimes just playing with my siblings makes me feel so joyful. These are all the emotions I feel sometimes and they are normal. When I am angry it's ok too and I know that. When I am at home I have a good mindset, but when I am out sometimes it is hard to keep that good mindset. So sometimes I like to clean or just be on my phone that helps me to do the things I feel like I could not do. Home can be a place that helps me, a special spot in your home to take a breath and relax or it can be my family. After that I can go try to do what I could not do. I can always try to do things with a good mindset. And that's why it is so important to have a home. It is a place where you can feel safe, loved and say what's the matter. Somewhere you have a good mindset. No one should be alone, but they should be with people that care. But you should feel safe.
