Home

Home to me, is having a roof over my head and creating memories. My house is warm and special and makes me happy when I’m sad. I have two houses my moms and my dad’s. they both make me happy and make me feel safe even though they are very different. I’m grateful that I have a home because some people don’t and that’s sad. At my mom’s I have a big back yard and a big front yard, and I have a big bedroom. At my dad’s I have a smaller room and not a very big yard. Something that makes me feel at home is having my pets there beside me. Home could become a battle with my sister Ava. At home with my dad what I like is that I read him a chapter of my book sometimes before bed. And that creates memories for me and him. At my mom’s I like that she showed me and my sister how to play Clue and Monopoly and that is a memory with her, me, Ava and Ryan. Ryan is her husband they got marred in the summer I was in the wedding. Home is having good meals and fun times and celebrating are birthdays as the years go by. I like having family with me. We like to go fishing at my moms and go on boat rides on my grandma’s boat at my dad’s. home is where we can laugh and be silly my home is a safe place for me, and I love to call it home. We open presents at Christmas time there and find Easter eggs there when it is Easter. It is a lovely place for me and my sister to learn and grow and I love it is also a shelter from bad weather. That is what home means to me it is where I live, and I love. The end.
